Money aaaaaain’t errrrrythang….

BUT, it’s something we WANT and need to survive and live good lifestyles!

If you’ve been blogging for quite sometime, or want to become a blogger, or maybe you just started like five minutes ago: you might want to start making money with your blog. Am I right, or am I right?

Let’s just cut to the point because we all know what you really want to know.

So I’m going to tell you 3 QUICK ways to monetize your blog, and actually make money because we’re not here to waste any time!

1.) Enroll with Google Adsense and Mediavine.

These are TWO good ways to get passive income. (Passive means you don’t have to work at it to get it, it just comes).

Google Adsense is not a HIGH earning money account, but I say every dollar counts AND you don’t need a certain amount of page viewers to use them.

You sign up with your google account, and once you fill out everything correctly your page will look like this:

Google Adsense

Once you’re approved you will get an email, and it’s very user friendly! You copy and paste the ad type that you want and simply put in a widget, or posts and you get paid once you reach a threshold.

With Mediavine, you get paid a little differently. You have to have a certain amount a page viewers every month so that you can get approved with them, but they’re definitely worth it.

You can get upwards of thousands of dollars a month, and to make a long story short, they make ad posting ten times easier for you. They do most of the work!

2.) Enroll as an affiliate!

What is an affiliate link?

This is an example of one:

Buy My  Favorite Book!

Basically, you put a product on your page from a company that you’re an affiliate for (like Amazon) and whenever someone buys that product you receive commission for it!

Affiliate links are one of the BEST ways to make money. Most of the highly successful blogs I visit that make thousands a month use affiliate links like no other. And they will preach it to ya too!

I would recommend starting with the Amazon affiliate program.

You don’t need a certain amount of monthly viewers and it’s easy to copy and paste their codes to whatever products you like and put them on your page.

Look through your blog posts that are already there. Do you see anything that you talk about that you can sell products for?

For example: if you enjoy cooking, what measuring cups do you use in your pictures or when you’re cooking? You can sell those! Go to different company websites, see if you can find the affiliate sections, and ask if you can be a part of their program! Incorporate affiliate links into your old blog posts and you will my friend!

Another good site is ShareASale. So you can give that a looker too!

3.) Sell a product or service.

Are you good at something? Is there something you think you can teach very well? Maybe you have a book you’ve been working on.

There are PLENTY of ideas out there.

You can make t-shirts on a t-shirt site, and sell those. You can make mugs and sell those.

You can make an E-Course, and sell that. You can do a paid webinar even!

There are so many options.

Look at your old blog posts again. Is there anything that you can expand more on and make a full course out of?
You’d be surprised to see the things people would pay for sometimes! Especially if it’s information full of value! This is HUGE!

A lot of bloggers make most of their money from a product that they offer to their viewers! We all have something to offer!

Make sure that your content is valuable, and that your readers ACTUALLY need this or want this and it WILL sell!

Making money on your blog isn’t the EASIEST thing to do. You have to be patient and persistent. You also have to see what does and doesn’t work.

Keep up with your analytics. What do your viewers want and like? Which of your posts are getting the most views? Which are getting the least.

Don’t be scared to go back and upgrade your content and make it nicer.

And market yourself like crazy!

    Hello ,

I saw your tweets and thought I will check your website. Have to say it looks very good!
I’m also interested in this topic and have recently started my journey as young entrepreneur.

I’m also looking for the ways on how to promote my website. I have tried AdSense and Facebok Ads, however it is getting very expensive. Was thinking about starting using analytics. Do you recommend it?
Can you recommend something what works best for you?

I also want to improve SEO of my website. Would appreciate, if you can have a quick look at my website and give me an advice what I should improve:
(Recently I have added a new page about FutureNet and the way how users can make money on this social networking portal.)

I have subscribed to your newsletter. 🙂

Hope to hear from you soon.

Maybe I will add link to your website on my website and you will add link to my website on your website? It will improve SEO of our websites, right? What do you think?

      Hi Jan,
I checked out your page and you seem to be progressing very well! I would definitely recommend using analytics. By using your analytics you can track where your traffic is coming from and how to make it work better for you.

For example: Pinterest works better for me than Instagram, so I don’t really concentrate on Instagram as much as I do Pinterest.
Don’t waste too much money on Facebook ads. It’s not worth it. You want to spend your money more on Pinterest where you can get a better turn around for clicks to your website!

Make sure your pictures are engaging, and your titles bring people in.

Something to ask yourself after taking a look at your page: can your pictures be better? Where are you getting them from? Make sure you’re citing those so that no one sues you if they’re not your own. Have you thought about an editor? I found a lot of grammatical errors. Those are just a few recommendations!

Good luck & I will continue to check out your page to see your improvements 🙂 (you don’t have a subscribe option! Or I couldn’t find one, so that might be something else you can add too?)

      Kind regards,
